Below we've gathered some of the more frequently asked questions that Beth receives from fantasy art lovers and collectors. There are also some pages listed on the right which may answer your questions as well. If your question is answered here, please do not email Beth with the same question again, we want her to spend her time painting! Q. Can I use Beth's artwork for _____(insert use here)______ ?

A. All details regarding using Beth's artwork for personal use are explained in the Copyright & Terms of Use page. If you would like to license one or more of Beth's images to create a product, please see our Licensing page.

Q. How long will it be before I receive my order?

A. Our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with in stock orders going out 1-2 weeks from the time they were placed. But, sometimes they take a little longer depending upon Beth's show schedule, order load, and the amount of stock we have on hand. If you have placed an order and it's been longer than three weeks, please contact us to make sure it didn't get lost in the internet void. See the How to Order page if you have any other questions about your order.

Q. I love your painting of Queen's Knight! Can you make me a print where her hair is red and her eyes are purple?

A. No. All prints are faithful reproductions of Beth's original paintings and are not subject to change.

Q. Can you sign my print?

A. All open edition prints you purchase on this site are signed by the artist. Limited edition prints are also numbered. If you want Beth to include a personalized message, she would be happy to do so as long as you understand that your item will be non-returnable.

Q. Can you draw my character for me for free...pleeeease?

A. As a professional artist, Beth Hansen-Buth is happy to consider personal commissions, but it's not cheap and it's certainly not free.

Q. Can you send me a large file so I can print out the painting I like without your watermark? I promise not to share it with anyone, it's just for my personal use.

A. Wyrdhaven Studio is in the business of selling prints, we certainly will not be giving them away! If you want a print for your own personal use, you will have to purchase one.

Q. Hi, I'm from Nigeria and want to take your money!

A. All scammers and con artists will be ignored. We don't have anything against Nigerians, it's just a common fraud that has been going on for decades (via mail before the web came along) that we are hip to. Beth is neither dumb nor desperate.
